Guest check-in
Guests use their phones without installing an app
Verify the booking
Enter your guest name or booking number. If multiple bookings match, enter both. If both details still match bookings on different sites, select your booking site.
Consent and signature
Read and confirm the consent required by the property. If a signature is required, sign personally and check the saved result.
Complete check-in and view instructions
Once the configured time, booking, and assignment conditions are met and check-in is complete, guests can view authorized room and access information.

If you scan early, check the arrival time
A QR page may open before check-in is available. Check-in and access details depend on the property's arrival times and readiness conditions.
