What you prepare
Set up property and room details, arrival instructions, booking assignments, and any required consent documents.
What guests do
Guests scan the QR and verify their booking using their name or booking number. If multiple bookings match, they provide both, then complete any required consent and signature.
What happens afterward
After check-in is complete, guests can view authorized room and access information. You can review completion records and notifications.
The QR is an address for your property
The printed QR does not contain guest names or reservation numbers. Scanning it alone does not verify a booking or complete check-in.
